EDGE's Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to EDGE, a Telegram trading bot operated by Project X DAO. By using our bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these ToS, please do not use the bot.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our bot. By using the bot, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and comply with all local laws.

3. Account Registration

To use our bot, you must complete the registration process by providing your Telegram information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Use of the Bot

You may use the bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these ToS. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, engaging in illegal activities, spamming, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to the bot. You acknowledge and agree that the use of this trading bot is fully automated and operates on a decentralized blockchain platform. As such, we do not manually operate or control any aspect of the transactions conducted through the bot.

We are not responsible for any legal issues or obligations you may encounter, including but not limited to taxes owed to the state or any other regulatory requirements. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the payment of taxes on any gains or transactions made using the bot.

This trading bot is provided as a service, and we disclaim any responsibility for your individual legal and tax responsibilities.

5. Transactions

EDGE accepts any token available on the MultiversX Blockchain. Transaction fees may apply as detailed in the HELP section of the bot. There are no refunds and we are not responsible for any trades you do using EDGE.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account and must comply with all applicable laws. Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the bot.

9. Intellectual Property

We own all intellectual property rights to the bot. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the bot.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and use user data. We implement security measures to protect your data.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by blocking the bot. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these ToS.

12. Amendments

We may amend these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of changes via notifications.
